Digital Marketing Internship with Operation Wallacea​

This project was part of an online work experience where I received very positive feedback; "It is clear that you have put time into your market research and this is fantastic. You have come up with a broad range of achievable and high quality products and linked these back to your target audience well"​. I developed key skills in market research, financial forecasting, and competitive analysis, which enhanced my ability to create strategic business plans. I gained experience in branding, including logo design and visual identity, and strengthened my digital marketing skills by planning and executing social media campaigns. I also improved my design abilities using GIMP to create impactful imagery and honed my project management skills by managing multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.​​

WeAreWaterloo Group Project

This awareness campaign was a group project to reach out to students and tell them about all the hidden treasures of Waterloo, being it a place full of surprises and things to do you would never know about unless someone told to you. It called for a marketing plan to entice students to spend more of their free time in Waterloo, especially as it is placed right next to Universities. The group project involved a Gantt chart to help keep everyone in the right place, and regular group meetings to make sure everyone was caught up with their designated tasks. Included with the final project was a PechaKucha presentation which was presented to the rest of the class, this recieved positive feedback and boosted everyones confidence in themselves as well as in the subject. As well as the project, the WeAreWaterloo team who lectured at university invited some students to meetings in Waterloo to discuss their ideas which was very insightful, it was near Christmas time and the festive ideas were bubbling which was very exciting!

Therasize Awareness Campaign

This project was part of a university module with a focus on finding the current problems through primary research methods to create realistic goals to increase engagement with Therasize' target audience, my chosen case study. The market research method completed was quantitative using microsoft forms to create a questionare to find insights which helped form the objectives.
Canva was used to create advertisements and visuals of what social media content strategies might be look like, this particular project was a great enhancer of creativity skills

Stories Behind Things Campaign


This project was a full brand audit focusing on the competitors which involved demonstrating knowledge of the positioning map, and creating detailed tactics and a marketing plan to boost StoriesBehindThings communications strategies. The aim was to create brand awareness and brand loyalty, consumer facts were found based on consumer research which were used to come up with the idea of creating a loyalty card with a tag line of being loyal to the planet, to entice customers back in order to to fill up their cards and leave them feeling good about themselves helping save the planet in a small way in which StoriesBehindThings made it easier for them to do.
